Mira Sol Gardens is a two phase apartment project located in Southwest Bakersfield, CA. The first phase consisted of 52 duplexes (114 units) to serve as a buffer to the adjacent single family to the North and East. These duplexes were completed in late 2016.
The second phase consists of an additional 230 traditional apartment units (1, 2 and 3 Bdrms) which are currently under construction and slated to be complete in the Spring of 2018.
G3 is responsible for the acquisition, development and construction of both phases of Mira Sol Gardens apartments.
