Key Site 2 is a 5.95 acre commercial retail development at the gateway to Santa Maria, CA at the intersection of Clark Ave and the 101. The project consists of 4 retail buildings.

G3 is responsible for the acquisition and entitlement (including the processing of CUPs for Drive Thru QSR and Gas Station with car wash) of the project. G3 will oversee the development and construction of the project, with anticipated construction start date in Q3 of 2021.
