Crossroads is a multi-tenant commercial shopping center in the heart of Santa Barbara County in Buellton, CA. One exit removed from Highway 101 and close to the Chumash casino, the shopping center serves residents, tourists, and passers-by. 

The Shopping Center consists of nationally rated credit tenants including Tractor Supply Company, Starbucks, The Habit, Panda Express, Cottage Health, H & R Block, and T-Mobile. The shops have been open since Dec of 2015.

G3 was responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, lease-up, construction, and management of the center.
