Sablewood Gardens is a 192-unit apartment complex consisting of 40 Duplex Units and 152 apartment units. The Complex operates at 100% occupancy and was completed in early 2016.
G3 Concepts completed the acquisition, entitlement (including a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change from Commercial to High Density residential), development, construction, and lease-up of the complex. Sablewood is now managed by Mashcole Property Management.
