Northview Meadows

Northview Meadows is a two-phase duplex project located in Northeast Bakersfield, CA. This 19-acre plot of land was acquired by G3 Concepts and began construction in 2017.

The first phase consisted of 39 duplexes (78 units) to serve as a buffer to the adjacent single family to the North and East. These duplexes were completed in early 2021. The second phase consists of an additional 36 duplexes (72 units) which are slated to be complete in Q4 of 2022. All duplexes have one two-bedroom and one three-bedroom unit.

G3 is responsible for the acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, and some managerial duties for both phases of Northview Meadows
