The Yard

The Yard is a 42 Unit Live/Work development located in San Luis Obispo, CA behind the Village at Broad Street shopping center. Located near Dollar Tree, Rabobank and the Rib Line.

The Yard was designed in the Urban Loft-Style with large windows and even overhead garage doors to open up onto a private balancy with views of Bishops Peak and Cerro San Luis. The design was inspired by its adjacent Railroad roots. The project has anything from a small studio to a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit with roof deck, bringing more diverse housing to San Luis Obispo.

G3 acquired fifty percent of the project, secured the development financing and helped construct the project.
